Our mission is to close the gender gap in technology by empowering female founders during the crucial early stages of product development. We provide accessible resources, a supportive environment, and innovative opportunities that enable women to explore, experiment, and bring their tech ideas to life, ensuring that no female founder lacks the assistance she needs to succeed.

Due to recent U.S. grant cutbacks affecting funding designated for minority-focused initiatives, the Product Innovation Lab has experienced an unexpected impact on our current programming timeline.

While this news is disappointing, our mission remains unchanged. We are deeply committed to supporting women and underrepresented founders in bringing innovative ideas to life. This work is incredibly important to us and to the communities we serve.

We are actively pursuing new funding opportunities and strategic partnerships to ensure we can relaunch and fully support our next cohort, which we are now planning for 2027.

  • You don’t have to be a woman to join, but you must be dedicated to actively supporting gender equity in entrepreneurship. We welcome founders, allies, mentors, and supporters who believe in empowering women to build successful businesses.

  • No! Membership is free and includes access to our resources, mentorship opportunities, and events. However, we also offer a Founders Circle membership, where supporters can make a monthly donation to sustain our mission.

  • Our incubator is a structured program designed to help female founders go from idea to market-ready product. Participants receive hands-on coaching, expert support, and resources to validate their business and launch successfully.
